 our house will welcome you for holidays close to nature and ocean.

For Golf lovers.... No worries, you’re on it (On the hole number 9 of the 18-hole course)!

You can also indulge in many activities accessible to all by taking advantage of the hiking trails, the proximity of the bike paths and of course the charms of the ocean.

You forget your car and travel at your convenience on foot or by bike, the beach (les chênes lièges) is close to our house.

Of course, you will find in Moliets all the necessary services (doctors, pharmacy, etc.) and shops (Boucher, Boulanger, Markets and a supermarket).

All you have to do is enjoy your holiday in peace.

The 52 m² duplex house, classified 3*, includes:

• On the ground floor, living room (with TV)-dining room with American kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave grill, ceramic hob), 1 shower room with toilet, Terrace with garden furniture, view on the golf course of Moliets

• Upstairs, 1 double bedroom (140 cm) with a balcony + 1 bedroom 2 single beds (80 cm) + 1 cabin bedroom single bed (90cm), 1 bathroom bath, 1 separate toilet.

A baby cot is available on request.

In addition, you will find at your disposal for your arrival cleaning products (sponges, products for washing machines and dishes, common cleaning products, toilet paper).

You will be close to the ocean inside a holiday residence with 4 swimming pools including one heated during the season, children’s playground, table tennis, and access to cycling and hiking trails.
